帕金森病非脊椎动物模型研究进展 被引量:3

Advance in the invertebrate model of Parkinson's disease

摘要 帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是一种多发于中老年人,以运动障碍为主要表现的神经系统退变性疾病。其发病机理至今未得到系统的阐明,动物模型对于疾病的发病机理研究以及防治药物的开发均具有重要的意义。本文主要综述几种用于PD研究的非脊椎动物模型,为从事PD发病机理以及新药研发提供参考、选择。 Parkinson’s disease( PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder,the main clinical manifestation is movement disorders. To date,the etiology and pathogenesis of PD are unknown,animal model play an important role in studying the pathogenesis and developing therapeutic agents of PD. In this article,We reviewed several invertebrate animal model of PD to provide the reference and choice for the researchers.
