摘要
为了跟上建筑企业的信息化建设进程,推进BIM技术从设计阶段向施工阶段的应用延伸,实现对建筑工程有效的可视化管理.针对当前建筑领域出现的各种弊端,基于BIM技术的虚拟建筑及节点构造模型的应用,对不同情境下的各种建筑构造建立实时模型.研究表明:将BIM技术在建设项目的设计、施工、运行和维护整个建筑生命周期中更好地应用,以达到提升项目建设质量、缩短施工周期和控制工程造价的目的.
In order to catch up with the process of information construction of architecture enter- prises, we promote the application extension of BIM technology from deign stage to construction stage and realize efficient visual management of architectural engineering. According to various disadvantages in current architecture field, based on application of virtual building and joint structure model BIM technology, we construct real-time model of various construction structure under different situation. Study shows that application of BIM technology during the whole life period of buildings including design, construction, operation and maintenance can improve con struction quality, shorten construction period and control project cost.
