近年来,建筑业迎来全新发展的同时,随之产生的环境问题也逐渐为全社会所关注,表现为社会参与意识差、政策与机制不健全、建筑技术落后及资金困难等.这些问题的出现,不但成为了建筑业进一步发展的瓶颈,同时也造成了严重的生态危害.对此,应普及和提升低碳环保意识,建立健全相应的政策机制,加大技术的研发和应用,变革、创新融资模式,使建筑业体现出低碳、环保的生态价值,并在此基础上得到可持续发展.

In recent years, with the new development of architectural industry, the consequent environ- mental problems have gradually drawn attention of the whole society, which manifest as poor sense of participation, imperfect policy mechanism, backward architectural technology and financial difficulty. These problems not only have become the bottleneck of the development of architecture industry, but also cause serious ecological hazard. According to that, we should popularize and improve low-carbon and green consciousness, establish and perfect relevant policy mechanism, enhance research, develop- ment and application of technology, and reform and innovate financing mode to make architecture indus- try manifest low carbon and green ecological values and obtain sustainable development.
