磁性固相微萃取结合气相色谱法测定水样中的邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯 被引量:2

Determination of di-2-ethylhexyl Phthalate in Water Samples Using Magnetic Solid-phase Extraction Coupled with Gas Chromatography

摘要 在本研究中,通过文献方法合成出硅藻土键合的Fe3O4磁性纳米材料,并将其应用于水样中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯的磁性固相萃取.对影响萃取效率的多个参数进行了优化,包括吸附剂用量、离子强度、p H值,解吸剂类型和体积,萃取时间和温度等.在优化条件下,将磁性固相微萃取技术与气相色谱相结合,建立了一种简单高效、绿色环保的测定水中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯的方法.该方法的检出限为1.36 ng·m L^-1.三种水样:自来水、瓶装水和河水的回收率分别为90.8%~97.0%,90.3%~95.8%和84.4%~95.8%,相对标准偏差低于3.16%.本方法成功应用到了水样中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯的分析测定当中. In this study,diatomite bonded Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were fabricated by a simple method and applied to magnetic solid-phase microextraction of di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate( DEHP) in water samples. Several parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were investigated,including the amount of sorbents,ionic intensity,p H,the type and volume of desorption solvent,extraction time and temperature. Under the optimized conditions,a simple,effective and environmentally friendly method for the determination of DEHP in water samples was developed by coupling with gas chromatography. The limit of detection for the target DEHP was1. 36 ng·m L^- 1. The recoveries in three kinds of water samples,including tap water,bottled water and river water,were in the range of 90. 8 % ~ 97. 0 %,90. 3 % ~ 95. 8 % and 84. 4 % ~ 95. 8 % with the RSDs less than3. 16 %. This method was successfully applied to the analysis of DEHP in water samples.
