摘要
本文报道了一种基于苯并二噁烷氮杂环卡宾催化剂的合成,利用1-(9-蒽甲基)咪唑与4-溴甲基苯并二噁烷在THF中加热回流得到了这种新型的氮杂环卡宾衍生物,通过核磁共振表征了其结构.同时还研究了此类氮杂环卡宾在Suzuki-Miyaura偶联反应的催化性能,结果表明该催化剂在SuzukiMiyaura偶联反应中表现出了良好的催化活性.
In this paper,we report the preparation of benzodioxan-based N-heterocyclic carbene,which has been prepared by the reaction of 1-( 9-anthracene-methyl) imidazole and 4-bromomethyl-benzo-dioxane in THF.The new imidazolium salt was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance. The catalytic performance of N-heterocyclic carbene for Suzuki-Miyaura coupled reactions is discussed and the results show that these catalysts have excellent active in the Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction.
