大型化工园区消防规划内容创新研究——以天津南港工业区为例

摘要 化工园区生产活动具有高危火灾风险,其消防规划与一般城市消防规划应有所区别。以天津南港工业区为例,探讨大型化工园区消防规划应重点落实的内容。引入火灾风险评估理论合理进行消防队站布局,提出了消防装备配置原则和更新制度,多措施保障消防供水安全,先进的消防监控系统和无线通信系统保障消防应急响应和救援,管理体制上明确海上消防管理机构权属和三维消防预案规划。 Production of the chemical industry park is a high risk of fire. The fire planning is different from general urban fire planning. This paper takes Nangang Industrial Zone as an example, exploring the content which should be implemented in the large - scale chemical park fire planning. In view of the heavy chemical industry in Nangang Industrial Zone, and the location next to port etc, this paper makes a fire risk assessment for the layout of fire station, formulates principles of firefighting equipment configuration and update, and several measures to protect the safety of fire water supply. The paper also introduces advanced fire protection monitoring systems and wireless communication system to protect the fire emergency response and rescue, and makes clear the management authority of the marine fire management and program 3D fire plan by the public security fire department in the industrial zone.
