乡村医务人员糖尿病防治知识掌握现状分析

Analysis on the status quo of the knowledge of prevention and treatment of diabetes among ruralmedical workers

目的了解乡村医务人员糖尿病知识的获取途径及其糖尿病知识的掌握现状。方法于2014年6月—12月对北流市449名乡镇医务人员进行糖尿病防治知识闭卷笔试调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果乡村医务人员获取糖尿病防治知识的主要途径是自学/阅读专业书籍,占54.8%,而其糖尿病防治知识得分平均(60.46±21.65)分,合格率为52.60%。结论乡村医务人员获取糖尿病知识途径单一,糖尿病防治知识水平较低,应加强其糖尿病相关知识的培训。

ObjectiveTo investigate the Beiliu City,rural medical staff for diabetes knowledge acquisition way and medical staff for diabetes knowledge master status.MethodsIn 2014 from 6 to December of Beiliu City,449 villages and towns medical personnel for diabetes prevention and treatment knowledge closed book written survey,and statistical analysis.ResultsThe main way to obtain the knowledge of diabetes prevention and control in rural medical workers was 54.8%,and the awareness rate of diabetes prevention and control knowledge was 61.83%.ConclusionThe rural medical staff have a single effective way to obtain the knowledge of diabetes,and the knowledge of diabetes is restricted. The level of prevention and treatment of diabetes is low,and the training of the diabetes knowledge of rural medical workers should be strengthened.
