摘要 本文设计了一款应用于脉冲超宽带系统的低功耗非相干接收机,其工作频段为6~9GHz。接收机由低噪声放大器(LNA)、检波器、限幅放大器和比较器组成。LNA采用源简并电感和电压并联负反馈相结合的结构来实现宽带输入匹配,并采用电流复用的方式来节省功耗。利用工作在亚阈值区的管子来实现低功耗检波器。本设计基于TSMC0.13μmCMOS工艺,仿真结果表明接收机在数据率为200Mbps时,总功耗约7.2mW,能量效率达到36pJ/pulse。 A low power non-coherent receiver for IR-UWB was The receiver consists of LNA, detector, amplifier and comparator. designed, its working frequency band is 6-9 GHz. The proposed LNA combined source degenerate in- ductor with voltage parallel negative feedback topology to realize wideband input matching, and current reuse was also used to save power consumption. A low power detector was realized by using mosfets operating in the sub-threshold region. The design was based on TSMC 0.13 μ m CMOS technology. Simulation results show that the total power con- sumption of the receiver is about 7.2 mW when the data rate is 200 Mbps, and the energy efficiency is 36 pJ/pulse.
