社会转型视角下的当代中国政治认同重构

Reconstruction of Contemporary Chinese Political Identity from the Perspective of Social Transformation

中国现阶段正处于社会转型的关键时期,传统的社会结构随着转型的加速必然导致利益暂时分化的出现,从而构成对传统政治认同的严峻挑战。当代中国的政治认同问题,必须从利益、制度和价值三个方面入手来分析。针对当前中国出现的社会公平公正问题的亟待解决,价值诉求多元化、公共权力异化导致的认同危机,"相对剥夺感"引发的政治心理向政治冲突行为转变等政治认同困境的变迁特点,应从构建公平公正的价值取向,形成平等的社会利益结构;增进党的执政合法性,完善监督机制以遏制腐败;提升公民政治社会化程度,畅通多元利益表达渠道等方面,探索转型期中国政治认同重构的路径选择。

China is now in a critical period of social transformation. The traditional social structure with the acceleration of the transformation will inevitably lead to the emergence of temporary benefits, which con- stitutes a serious challenge to the traditional political identity. The problem of political identity in contem- porary China should be analyzed from the three aspects of interest, system and value. In view of the trans- formation characteristics of political identity plight, such as current Chinese social fairness problem, the pursuit of value pluralism, the alienation of public power in identity crisis, change of political psychology to political conflict behavior caused by ＂relative deprivation＂, it is needed to explore the reconstruction path of China＇s political identity during the transition period from the aspects of constructing fair value o-rientation, formation of equal social benefit structure enhancing the party＇s ruling legitimacy, improving the supervision mechanism to curb corruption; improving citizens＇ political socialization degree, smoot- hing multiple interest expression channels, etc.
