农村土地承包经营权流转和农村集体经济发展研究

Study on the Circulation of Rural Land Contracted Management Rights and the Rural Collective Economic Development

我国新农村建设与发展,推动了农村土地制度创新和改革。在现行法律与政策形势下,农村土地流转与农村集体经济发展有密切关系。立足我国农村土地制度变革,对新时期农村土地流转与农村集体经济发展的互动关系进行分析,提出促进我国农村土地承包经营权流转顺利进行及推动我国农村集体经济发展的对策。

China＇s new rural construction and development has promoted the innovation and reform of rural land system. Under the existing law and policy, rural land and rural collective economic development are closely related. Based on the rural land system reform in our country, this paper analyzes the rural land cir- culation in the new period and the rural collective economic development, and puts forward countermeas- ures to smoothly promote the circulation of rural land contracted management rights in China and the de- velopment of China＇s rural collective economy.
