我国民营企业工资集体协商机制研究

摘要 随着我国经济的发展,经济增长方式不断多样化,民营企业迅速崛起,而在民营企业发展过程中产生的问题也越来越多,其中最主要的是民工工资分配的问题。实施工资集体协商机制,既能够保障企业职工工资的合理分配,保护职工的正当权益,也能够建立协调的劳资关系,促进经济持续稳定的发展。 With the development of China's economy, the economic growth mode has diversified, private enterprises has developed at a rapid pace, while more and more problems have been produced in the process of development of private enterprises, in which the main problem is workers wage distribution. The implementation of the collective wage consultation mechanism can not only protect the reasonable wage distribution of enterprise employees and their legitimate rights and interests, but also establish a har- monious labor relationship, and promote sustained and stable economic development.
