在当前,由于大学生缺乏应有的抵抗诱惑力的能力,大学生犯罪趋势不断上升,且出现多元化趋势。为此,利用"青马工程"作为预防大学生犯罪的思潮引领,并试图通过优良品德的塑立、法律意识的增强、心理素质的提升来减少大学生犯罪的可能性和概率。

As an important task for the communist youth league, ＂Tsing Ma Project＂ has the important mission to cultivate and foster new elites with perfect socialist core values, sound character and good psy- chological quality and strong legal awareness. In the present materialistic society, college students are lack of the ability to resist temptation, crime trend of college students is rising, and the trend appears diversi- fied. For this purpose, it is necessary to take ＂Tsing Ma Project＂ as thought guidance to prevent them from committing crimes, and try to reduce the likelihood and probability of college students＇ crime through setting up of fine morality, enhancing the legal awareness and psychological quality.
