摘要
隐性知识理论所蕴含的丰富内涵与实践价值,与我国新课程的理念和素质教育的要求具有内在一致性。现实教学中诸多教育问题的凸显,与对隐性知识的忽视或不恰当利用具有重大关系。从学科教学角度审视隐性知识,明晰隐性知识的概念、特征及其教学启示,澄清广大教师对隐性知识的模糊认识,将有助于教师转变教育教学观念,真正利用隐性知识提高教学成效。
Tacit knowledge theory contains rich connotation and practical value, which is internally consist- ent with the concept of new curriculum and quality education requirements. In reality, many educational problems are highlighted, which has a great relationship with the neglect or improper use of tacit knowl- edge. Leaning tacit knowledge's concepts, characteristics and teaching revelation from the subject teaching perspective will help the teacher to clarify the vague understanding of tacit knowledge, change teaching concepts, and use tacit knowledge to improve teaching effect.
