摘要
社会学习隐喻具有内在的系统性,至少包含"过程隐喻"、"行为隐喻"、"沟通隐喻"、"治理机制隐喻"、"范式隐喻"、"认知隐喻"、"载满青蛙的独轮车隐喻"。还原社会学习隐喻且与系统方法耦合起来,呈现通往系统适应性治理的桥梁。城市社会为利益相关者参与社会学习,螺旋式产生公共治理知识提供了契机,社会学习隐喻系统投射了城市社会生活的复杂性与系统性。剥离社会学习隐喻簇的显性与隐性,系统适应性治理的意蕴内含其中。不必严格地去定义社会学习,隐喻中"协商"、"参与"、"对话"、"生态保护"、"适应性学习"等等在生活中形成、反映、指导实践。从城市治理的实践中反思社会学习隐喻的系统性、自反性,再回过来扩展社会学习,提升治理能力。
Social learning metaphor has the internal system, comprising at least a process of behavior metaphor,the metaphor," communication metaphor "," governance mechanism metaphor", the model of metaphor, cognitive metaphor, and "wheelbarrow metaphor fully containing frogs. "-The reduction of social learning metaphor and the coupling of the system approach, show a bridge to the adaptive control system. Urban society has provided the opportunity for the stakeholders to participate in social learning, and the social learning metaphor system project the complexity and system of urban social life. The dominant and recessive of the social learning metaphor are stripped, and the implication of the adaptive governance of the system is hidden in it.. There is no need to definite social learning-. "Negotiation"," participation", "participation"," dialogue"," ecological protection" and so on in life can form, reflect and guide the practice. The systematicness and reflexivity of social learning metaphor are rethought through the practice of urban governance and return again to extend social learning, enhance the governance capacity.
