摘要
着眼军队院校特点,提出了创新军校学员管理的基本对策,对于军队院校实施科学、高效管理,提升管理效能,提高人才培养质量具有一定的现实意义。
This article presents the basic measures of seeking innovative management of military schools based on analyzing the features of military academies. It is of great significance for military a- cademies to manage scientifically and efficiently, improve efficiency in management and improve the quality of personnel training.
