摘要 沥青胶浆在沥青混凝土中起着填充空隙、粘结粗细集料、传递荷载等作用,对沥青混凝土的结构及强度的形成有着重要影响。通过均匀正交试验设计,以填料类型、填料浓度、试验温度为影响因素研究了沥青胶浆的拉伸强度,并采用极差、方差分析及投影寻踪回归分析,得出沥青胶浆拉伸强度影响因素的主次顺序及变化规律。填料浓度对拉伸强度影响特别显著,且随填料浓度的增加拉伸强度急剧增大;试验温度和填料类型对拉伸强度有显著影响,拉伸强度随试验温度的降低而增大,填料的碱性越强,沥青胶浆拉伸强度也越大。 Asphalt mortar plays an essential role of filling voids, adhering coarse and fine aggregate and transferring loan in asphalt concrete which has important effect on asphalt concrete'structure and strength. This paper studied the tensile strength of asphalt mortar by taking the factors of filler type, filler concentration, test temperature as influence factor by orthogonal design and got the primary and secondary order and variation law by regression analysis and variance analysis and projection pursuit. Fill concentration has prominent impact on tensile strength. The tensile strength increases markedly with the increase of filler concentration. The test temperature and filler type have notable influence on tensile strength. The tensile strength increases with the decrease of test temperature. The stronger the alkaline of filler, the tensile strength of asphalt mortar is greater.
