摘要
针对高层建筑的沉降变形预测问题,根据灰色系统为理论,以杨凌示范区某高层建筑沉降观测的工程为例,对工程案例的观测数据采用灰色GM(1,1)模型进行预测,并将预测结果与实例数据进行比照分析。结果表明:预测值与实测值吻合度良好,预测精度为一级,充分说明灰色模型对高层建筑沉降变形预测行之有效,为高层建筑沉降变形预测提供典型案例,也可为设计与施工等方面提供借鉴。
Aimed at the prediction problem of deformation and settlement of high - rise building, according to the grey system theory, the paper took a settlement and observation project of high - rise building in Yangling demonstration zone as an example, predicted the observation data of the project by grey GM (1,1) model, and analyzed and compared the prediction results and the instance data. The results showed that the predictive value and measured values coincide well. The prediction accuracy is first class, which indicated that the grey model was used to forecast the settlement and deformation of high - rise building is effective. The result can provide the typical instance for the prediction of settlement and deformation of high - rise building and offer reference for the design and construction of engineering.
