如何调整检修期间腈纶污水生化系统

摘要 腈纶污水处理场生化系统设备需要定时检修,且有时需要在不停水运行的情况下进行。生化系统是腈纶污水处理工艺中的核心单元,如果在检修期间不能良好的运行,污水处理场的出水水质就会受到严重影响。如何在装置上游来水不减量的情况下对生化系统装置进行检修,同时保证污水处理合格达标排放,这就给生产工艺调整以及检修工作带来很大难度。结合多次操作经验,总结得出在装置检修期间如何调整出水水质相关因素的工艺技术,取得良好效果。 The equipment in the biochemical systems of acrylic treatment plants needs overhaul regularly and sometimes the overhaul needs to be carried out under the condition of water transportation. Biochemical system is the core unit in acrylic wastewater treatment process. If the system can't run well during the period of overhaul,the water quality of sewage treatment effluent will be severely affected. It is a great difficulty to the production process adjustment and repair work as to how to carry out the overhaul of the biochemical system unit without reducing the upstream water and meanwhile guarantee the discharged sewage after treatment reaching the standards.Based on the operation experience drawn from many times,this paper summarizes the technology of adjusting water quality related factors during overhaul and good results are achieved.
