摘要
我国乡科级干部人数众多、职责范围广泛,且直接与群众打交道。增强他们与群众打交道的能力,既需要练就过硬的本领,也需要提升情绪胜任力。本研究通过实证调查对乡科级干部情绪胜任力的结构进行探索,对乡科级干部情绪胜任力的基本特征、影响因素进行数理分析,并对其与领悟社会支持关系深入探讨。
Due to unique characteristics of township level cadres such as the large number, wide range of work and close ties with the masses, the cadres should enhance their administrative capacity and emotional competence in maintaining close contact with the masses. With an investigation on township level cadres' emotional competence, the paper makes a mathematical analysis of basic characteristics, influential factors and positive social effect of township level cadres' emotional competence.
