对“经右政左”的辨驳——兼议经济与政治背离的危险

当前一种颇具代表性的错误观点是:中国在改革开放以来实施的是"经右政左"路线,即在经济上推行市场经济和发展民营经济,在政治上维持以坚持共产党领导为核心的"威权主义",但经济上的变革必然促使上层建筑的变化,因而上层建筑的"一党统治"很难继续维持下去。这一观点的迷惑性在于它的模糊思维,一旦我们厘清了"市场经济""民营经济""威权主义"等概念,澄清了唯物史观的基本原理及其在现实中的表现,彻底区分了共产党与西方政党的不同性质,就会发现,"经右政左"及其推论忽略了许多关键因素,因而根本站不住脚。当然,目前中国经济与政治背离的危险也确实存在,中国共产党唯有不断加强自身建设、保持先锋队性质,才能在经济变革中稳固执政。

Currently, there is a typical erroneous view that China has been implementing the ＂Economic right and political left＂strategy since the reform and opening up, namely taking the development of market economy and private economy as the economic policy and the ＂authoritarianism＂ under the core leadership of Chinese Communist Party as political strategy. Since changes in economic basis launch a corresponding change in superstructure, it is hard to insist on a ＂dominant-party system＂. The confusion of this view lies in its vagueness. When we make clear the concept of ＂market economy＂, ＂private economy＂ and ＂authoritarianism＂with the clarification of historical materialism and its presentation in reality, distinguishing the CPC from Western political parties, we will find that the belief in ＂Economic right and political left＂ and its inferences fails to interpret many key factors in historical materialism thus can not be justified. Certainly, since the danger of Chinese economy deviating from its politics is exist, only with self-improvement and its exemplary vanguard role, Chinese Communist Party could consolidate its governance in accordance with economic changes.
