摘要
介绍了丹东地区的板栗品种和产量。以六种主栽品种的板栗刺壳为原料通过超声波萃取法提取栲胶,其得率大于30%,栲胶中单宁含量大于65%。结果表明,丹东地区以板栗刺壳为原料生产栲胶是可行的,极具工业开发价值。
Chinese chestnut variety and production in Dandong region were introduced. Shell thorns of six major Chinese chestnut varieties as raw material to produce tannin extracts by Ultrasonic-assisted,yield was more than 30% and content of tannin in tannin extracts was more than 65%.The Results indicated that： production of tannin extracts from Chestnut shell thorns in Dandong region is feasible,and possess industrial development value.
