基于3S技术在土地变更调查中的应用——以贵州省安龙县为例

A Technology Based on 3s Used in the Land Change Survey——Taking Anlong county in Guizhou province as an example

通过实例分析RS、GPS、GIS在国土资源土地利用现状年度变更调查中的应用,可以看出:采用3S技术,一方面可以极大地提高土地利用现状,更新调查的效率和质量,另一方面可以建立土地利用现状调查动态更新的机制,从而保证图、数、实地的一致,为国土资源管理提供现势性的基础资料。

This paper begins with a general survey of the 3S technology and its workflow, and then analyses the application of the changing data of land utilization via RS, GPS and GIS. It finally points out that land utilization and the efficiency and quality of the survey will be greatly promoted on one hand, and dynamic update mechanism on it will be built up on the other. So as to keep the agreement with pictures, data and the land, and provide basic advantageous data for land and resources management.
