摘要
拔尖创新人才培养事关国家综合国力,在交往理论视角下,对拔尖创新人才培养的本质进行梳理。从交往过程、交往环境、交往秩序三个方面,对拔尖创新人才特质的养成、拔尖创新人才培养的土壤、拔尖创新人才培养的动力进行本质澄清。在师生、生生的交往中,拔尖创新人才的特质——主体性、创新思维与意识得以展现。通过交往实践,嵌入文化、价值、制度等理念,是拔尖创新人才培养的本质意蕴。
Top-notch innovative personnel training relates to the country's comprehensive national strength, in the view of theory of communication, essence of top-notch innovative personnel training is to be sorted out. From the three aspects of the process of com- munication, such as communication environment, the communication order, the characteristics of top-notch innovative talents cultiva- tion, top-notch innovative personnel training of the soil, top-notch innovative personnel training of power essence are both clarified. In the interaction between teachers and students, top-notch innovative personnel qualities, subjectivity, creativity thinking and con- sciousness are able to be showed.The essential meaning of top-notch innovative personnel training is practicing of communication and concept embedded in the culture, value, system.
