摘要
柞蚕属鳞翅目大蚕蛾科柞蚕属的泌丝昆虫,柞蚕属共有35个种和变种。柞蚕育种研究是柞蚕业发展的生命之源,在我国柞蚕业发展中发挥了重要作用。本文根据已有的研究报道,阐述了我国柞蚕育种研究进展、核心种质的提出、分子标记在柞蚕育种中的应用以及四川柞蚕业发展的几点建议,为获得性状优良、品质上乘的柞蚕品种与其在农业生产中的利用提供借鉴。
Thssah silk is the spinning insect belong to Lepidoptera Saturniidae Antheraeapemyi, from a total of 35 species and varieties. Selection breeding is the source of life and played an important role in the development of tussah in China. Based on existing research results, this paper elaborated tussah breeding research progress and core germplasm of proposed and application of molecular markers inbreeding of Antheraeapemyi and several suggestions about tussah sericulture development in Sichuan, providing good references to obtaingood properties, high qualityof tussah silk varietiesand its to be applied in agricultural production.
