混流泵叶轮内气化的拍摄试验研究

摘要 应用了目前最新型的彩色高速数码摄像机(HG-LE型号),对卧式模型混流泵叶轮内的气化进行拍摄试验。为了能达到较好拍摄效果,试验前把叶轮段金属泵壳去掉,用一段高透明度的有机玻璃管取代它,然后用专业的图像处理软件(Mi Vn图像分析系统)对所拍摄的气化图像进行处理和分析研究,得到在模型混流泵设计工况下运行时叶轮的气化现象。本文研究结果将揭示在混流泵叶轮内气化发生的部位和气化的产生、发展和溃灭过程,为混流泵气化的深入研究提供可靠的参考价值。 This paper describes the photographing experiment, by using the newest colorful high speed digital camera (the HG-LE model), carried out to survey the cavitation in the horizontal-type mix-flow pump impeller. To obtain better images, the metal pump shell in the impeller section is replaced by a section of highly transparent organic glass before start of the experiment. The images are then processed and analyzed by professional software, i.e., MiVnt image analysis system, and the cavitation phenomena in the model mix-flow pump impeller under the designed operating mode are revealed. Main results of the studies include location of cavitations, occurrence, development and breaking of the cavitation in mix-flow pump impeller, which can be useful reference for further research of cavitation in the mix-flow pump impeller.
