基于变桨速率给定信号的变桨系统响应测试分析

摘要 为了更好地设计大型风电机组变桨系统控制器参数,有必要研究变桨系统在风场实际运行中的动态特性。在理解变桨系统运行原理的基础上,通过对变桨阶跃测试和变桨正弦波测试方法的深入分析后,本文提出了基于变桨速率给定信号的一种测试方法。通过对现场数据的分析和仿真,验证了测试方法的准确性、合理性,为变桨系统控制器参数的设计提供参考,从而保证了变桨系统的可靠性。 To optimize the design of the control parameters of pitch system in large capacity power turbine, it is necessary to survey and study the dynamic characteristics of the pitch system in its actual operation in wind farm. From a brief introduction to operation principle of the pitch system, the paper presents the test method based on given signal of pitch rate after making analyses on the method of the pitch step test and pitch sine wave test. Data analysis and simulation of operation verify that the methods are right adn rational, which can be used as reference for design of the control parameters for reliable pitch systems.
