摘要
针对一种结构形状复杂、加工工艺性差的铜合金薄壁件在铣削加工时产生变形的原因及控制方法作了重点研究,提出了一套高效的数控加工工艺方案。该技术已成功用于某大型铜合金薄壁件的批量数控制造,为该类大型细长铜合金薄壁件的加工提供了技术支撑。
A copper alloy thin-wall part has the characteristics of complicated shape, poor processing manufaturability, etc., in this paper, the author analyzes the causes of deformation in its processing, and proposes the deformation control method, put forwards a set of NC efficient machining process. The technology is successfully used for a copper alloy thin-wall part NC manufacturing which can provide the technical support for studying large-sized thin-walled copper alloy processing.
