摘要
建立了X-射线荧光光谱测定镁牺牲阳极中铝、硅、锌、锰、铁、铜和镍元素含量的分析方法。利用能量扫描,根据样品中所含元素的种类确定谱线重叠干扰系数。通过分析标准样品,对仪器的灵敏系数进行了重新校正,建立了镁牺牲阳极中元素含量的测定模板。精密度试验结果表明,常量待测元素的相对标准偏差在1%内,微量待测元素的相对标准偏差在10%以内。用于实际样品分析,测定结果与现行国家标准方法的测定值相符。
A detection method for the content of Al,Si,Zn,Mn,Fe,Cu and Ni in magnesium sacrificial anode by X-ray fluorescence spectrum was established. Spectral overlap interference coefficients were determined based on the types of elements which were confirmed by energy scanning. Using standard samples,a template for detecting the element content in magnesium sacrificial anode was established by calibrating sensitive coefficient of instrument. The precision results show that the relative standard deviation was lower than 1% for major elements,and was lower than 10% for trace elements. The outcome was consistent with the result tested by national standard method when analysis of actual sample.
