舒兰农村商业银行自2011年8月改制挂牌后,紧紧围绕人才战略、科技战略、法制战略和文化战略,坚持"农民致富银行、社区兴业银行和微企成长银行"的市场定位,扎根"三农"领域,积极探索差异化、特色化的创新发展之路,各项业务取得长足进步。但随着农村金融市场竞争日益激烈,在市场竞争中如何立于不败之地,竞争战略的选择显得尤为重要,本文就舒兰农商行竞争战略选择进行重点分析论述。
