摘要 维生素D不仅可调节钙磷代谢,而且可抑制增殖、调节部分激素的分泌和肌肉力量等,与多种危重病的发生、发展密切相关。维生素D缺乏在人群中普遍存在,危重症患者中尤为常见,且与患者的高病死率、重症监护室停留时间、高脓毒症的发生率以及需长时间机械通气等相关。补充维生素D对于正常人群和重症患者是相对安全的,很少有不良反应的报道。治疗性维生素D补充可改善患者预后,但给药剂量、给药次数和确切的临床改善还未完全阐明。 In recent years, more and more studies show that the function of vitamin D is not only limited to regulating the calcium and phosphorous metabolism, but also involves anti-proliferation, regulation of hormone section,and muscle strength ,thus is associated with the onset and development of many critical diseases. Vitamin D deficiency is very common in the population, especially in critical patients,which is associated with the high mortality, high sepsis incidence, long duration of mechanical ventilation, and length of ICU stay. Vitamin D supplementation has been observed to be relatively safe in both healthy and critically ill patients with minimal reports of adverse effect. Vitamin D supplementation may prevent poor clinical outcomes, however, the dosing, frequency, and actual clinical improvements are yet to be elucidated.
