摘要 内脏脂肪与代谢性疾病和心血管疾病的关系密切,因此有必要进行准确的测量。内脏脂肪的测量方法中,CT被视为金标准,而新兴的生物电阻抗分析法准确性较好且易于推广。内脏脂肪的测定在代谢性疾病、某些癌症、减肥及手术评估方面均有应用。将内脏脂肪面积控制在<100 cm2可降低代谢性疾病和心血管疾病的风险,而内脏脂肪的增加似乎与某些癌症的发生相关。内脏脂肪的测量不仅可监测减肥效果,还可作为某些手术的评估方法之一。 Visceral adipose tissue(VAT) is related with metabolic diseases and cardiovascular disease, so the accurate measurement of VAT is necessary. Among the methods of measurement, computed tomography (CT) is viewed as the golden standard. Bioelectrical impedance analysis(BIA) ,as a new technique,is accurate and more accessible. Measurement of VAT is applied in metabolic diseases, some tumors, assessment of weight less and surgery, visceral fat area 〈 100 cm2 can reduce the risk of metabolic diseases and cardiovascular disease,while increased VAT seems to be associated with some tumors. Not only can its measurement monitor the effect of weight loss,but also can be used as one of the evaluation methods of some operations.
