摘要
糖尿病肾病(DN)和糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)在糖尿病足患者中很常见,它们同属于糖尿病微血管并发症,且两者具有类似的发病机制。合并其中任何一种并发症的糖尿病足患者都会出现甲襞微循环(甲襞微循环积分及病理)、血流动力学(血液流变学指标及动力学指标)和血液成分(血糖、血脂等)的改变。DN与DR严重威胁着糖尿病足患者的身体健康和生活质量,因此明确糖尿病足患者DN与DR的微循环障碍特点,有助于了解和判断其发展程度,指导临床治疗。
Diabetic nephropathy（DN） and diabetic retinopathy（DR） are common in patients with dia- betic foot, which both belong to the diabetic microvascular complications,with similar pathogenesis. The diabetic foot patients suffering from any of them will have changes of nailfold microcirculation （ integral of nailfold microcirculation and pathology）, hemodynamics （hemorheology indexes and dynamic indexes） and blood constituent（ blood glucose, blood lipid, etc）. At present, DN and DR are threatening badly to the health and quality of life of patients with diabetic foot, so finding out microcirculation characteristics of DN and DR in the patients may help to understand and judge the development degree and provide guidance for the clinical treatment.
