摘要
某高密度聚乙烯回收风机试车时风机的转子与墙板、转子与机壳,以及转子之间均发生了摩擦,最终导致烧瓦抱轴。根据罗茨风机试车故障情况,通过理论分析与公式计算对罗茨风机的压比、容积效率、热膨胀值、排气温度、介质绝热指数之间的关系进行研究,找出试车时发生摩擦的可能因素,提出试车时需要注意的问题。
The recovery blower of a high density polyethylene plant had a breakdown in the leal run.The Friction between the two rotors,the rotors and the easing,and the rotors and the impeller cover eventually led to the burning of the shaft.According to the faull conditions of the routs blower in test run,this paper studies the retationship among pressure ratio,volume efficiency,thermal expansion value,exhaust temperature and adiabatic exponent through theoretical analysis and formula calculation,finds out the possible reasons for the fault,and puts forward some issues needing attention in the test run.
