摘要
概述了茂名乙烯装置稀释蒸汽发生系统及其存在的问题,提出了包括优化操作、技术改造,强化设备管理等具体解决措施。运行数据表明,稀释蒸汽发生系统在采取相关措施后,外补蒸汽量和排污量均大幅下降,取得了较好的节能减排效果。
This article briefly introduces the dilution steam generation system in the ethylene plant of SINOPEC Mourning Company and its problems,and puts forward some corresponding measures ineluding optimizing the operation,tarrying out technical innovation and strengthening the equipment management.The operation data shows that after taking these measures,both the steam supply and the blowdown uf the dilution steam generation system are remarkably reduced,achieving good energy saving and emission reduclion effect.
