摘要
镇海乙烯装置裂解炉于2010年投产,至今已运行5年多。随着炼厂气的深度应用,乙烷炉频繁出现炉管堵塞现象。针对异常情况不断排查原因,发现富乙烷气带重烃、胺液、活性炭吸附剂等异常。结合上游装置改造,乙烷炉采取炉管水冲洗、空气吹扫、对流段通球清洗、原料总管清理、操作优化等措施,并借2014年大修机会更换了辐射段炉管和增设精密过滤器,乙烷炉工况恢复正常,为乙烯装置原料优化工作提供了借鉴。
The ethylene cracking furnace in Zhenhai has been operaled for more than five years since its startup in 2010.With the utilization of refinery gas.the radiant coils in the ethane furnace were blocked frequently.By analyzing the causes of the abnormalities,heavy hydrocarbons,amine liquid and activated carbon adsorbent were found in the rich elhane gas.Combined with the transformation of upstream units,some measures were taken fur the ethane furnace including the water flushing and air blowing of furnace tube,the mechanical hull cleaning in the convection section,the cleaning of main feed pipe,and the operation optimization.Also the radiant coils were replaced and the precision filter was added during the overhaul in 2014,30 that the operation of the ethane furnace returned to normal,It provides references for the optimization of feedslock to ethylene plant.
