摘要 介绍了吉林石化公司裂解装置采用基于先进控制技术的裂解深度过程控制系统的情况。自裂解深度控制系统成功上线运行以来,裂解深度波动范围控制在±0.02,裂解深度的在线估计误差小于3%,双烯收率增加0.12个百分点。同时裂解炉运行稳定性有所提高,取得了可观的经济效益。 Since the process control system for eracking depth,which is based on advanced control technology,was successfully put into operation in the ethylene cracking unit at PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company,the fluctuation of eracking depth has been maintained within±0.02,the fluctuation of eracking depth has been depth has been less than 3%,and the yields of ethylene and propylene have increased by0.12%.The operation stability of cracking furnace was also enhanced,achieving considerable economic benefit.
