伴随集客、家客等全业务的快速发展,移动本地传输网承载面临着传输带宽固移协同规划、网络维护流程分化等瓶颈。湖南移动公司通过试点来寻找解决问题的途径、理清问题、明确解决方案。基于中国移动通信集团湖南有限公司邵阳分公司集客、家客业务承载现状,通过理清集客、家客业务发展过程中存在的问题,探索不同场景的解决方案,优化网络故障处理机制,在提升网络质量的同时,提高了客户满意度。寻找到移动本地传送网全业务承载的规划和维护方法。
With the rapid development of enterprise business and family business, the transmission networks now face bottlenecks like bandwidth fixed and mobile coordination planning and network maintenance procedure dividing. The Hunan branch tried to finger out the method, clarify the problem, pin down the solution by pilot projects. Based on the present situation of enterprise and home broadband services of Shaoyang branch of CMCC, this article analyzed the problems, explored the solutions of different scenarios, and optimized the handling mechanism of network failures. The results verified that it can improve the quality of network and make customer satisfied. The planning and maintenance method of metro transmission network full-service load has been found.
