摘要
裙座是立式设备的重要部件,根据目前国内的标准及规范无法确定新型裙座的温度场及裙座材料的选择是否满足再生器操作温度的要求。针对此问题,提出了选材及温度场的估算方法,运用ANSYS软件对再生器裙座进行温度场估算和分析,验证在设计温度下裙座的选材是否合理,最终保证裙座设计满足设备运行要求。
The skirt is one of the most important part of the vertical vessel, there is no way to confirm if the temperature field and material of the new typical skirt could satisify the operating temperature requirements for regeneration tower according to the domestic standards and specification. To solve this problem, one estimate method for material selection and temperature field was put forward. ANSYS was run to estimate and analyse the regeneration tower skirt to verify if the material selection is reasonable under the design temperature, to ensure that the skirt design would satisify the requirements for equipment operation.
