摘要
介绍了S32750双相不锈钢真空闪蒸罐的制造工艺,针对闪蒸罐的设计结构以及材料本身高强度、高硬度等特点,在制造过程中对封头、筒节、锥体制造难点进行具体的分析和研究,制定了合理的工艺,有效解决双相钢材料在压力容器制造方面的技术难题,为今后双相钢材料的设备制造提供可行性的经验。
The manufacturing process of vacuum flash tank made from $32750 duplex stainless steel was described. For the design＇s structure of the flash tank and the characteristics of the material, manufacturing difficulties in the manufacturing process of head, shell and cone were analyzed and researched. Reasonable process was made and the difficult points about the duplex stainless steel material applied in the field of pressure tanks were effectively solved. It provides the feasible experience for the manufacture of the duplex stainless steel tank in future.
