摘要
目的探讨皮肤至黄韧带前缘的距离与产妇身高、体重和BMI的相关性。方法随机抽取120例择期行剖宫产的产妇,麻醉前采用超声准确定位L3与L4椎间隙后,测量产妇皮肤至黄韧带前缘的距离,麻醉顺利实施后测量实际需要的穿刺针长度,并记录产妇的年龄、身高、体重,计算其BMI。结果皮肤至黄韧带前缘的距离与穿刺针长度呈显著正相关(r=0.99,P<0.01),与身高不相关(r=0.13,P=0.168),与体重(r=0.59,P<0.01)和BMI均呈正相关(r=0.57,P<0.01)。结论皮肤至黄韧带前缘的距离与产妇体重呈正相关,但相关性一般。采用超声测量可以精确判断穿刺针长度,是提高麻醉安全性的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the distance from skin to ligamentum flavum and the height, weight and body mass index (BMI) of parturients. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women scheduled for cesarean delivery were enrolled in this study. The space between the third and fourth lumbar vertebrae was accurately identified by ultrasound imaging. The distance from skin to ligamentum flavum was measured. The actual needle depth was recorded after anesthesia. The age, height, weight and BMI of the pregnant women were also recorded. Results The distance from skin to ligamentum flavum was positively correlated with the needle depth (r=0.99, P〈0.01), weight (r=0.59, P〈0.01) andBMI (r=0.57, P 〈0.01), but not correlated with height (r=0.13, P=0. 168). Conclusion The distance from skin to ligamentum flavum is positively correlated with the weight. The needle depth can be accurately measured by ultrasound examination, which can effectively improve the safety of anesthesia.
