胆汁酸与消化道肿瘤 被引量:2

摘要 胆汁酸是消化液的重要组分,在脂肪代谢过程中起重要作用。初级胆汁酸由肝细胞合成,包括胆酸和鹅脱氧胆酸,两者分别与甘氨酸或牛磺酸结合形成结合型初级胆汁酸,后者于末端回肠和结肠中脱去甘氨酸和牛磺酸,大部分回吸收入血,未被吸收的部分在肠道细菌作用下形成次级胆汁酸,包括脱氧胆酸、石胆酸和微量熊去氧胆酸,部分次级胆汁酸可通过肠肝循环重吸收。该过程参与一系列营养物质的消化和吸收,并影响肠道菌群的生长和繁殖。胆汁酸反流入上消化道,在肠道内代谢紊乱,以及在胆管内淤积均可参与消化道肿瘤的发生与发展,须引起高度重视。
