摘要
从铁水温度和铁水中Si含量两方面分析了污泥球在转炉工序利用率情况,研究证明,在现有工艺条件下进一步增加污泥资源利用率是可行的,实验中污泥球的最佳回收量达到了3.5 t/炉,高温和高Si含量都有助于污泥球的回收利用。一般情况下,最适合转炉回收利用污泥球的铁水条件是温度1 280℃,铁水中Si含量0.5%。
The sludge pellet utilization in process of converter was analyzed on the two aspects of temperature and content of silicon. Studies had shown that it is feasible to further increase the utilization of converter utilization under the existing process conditions. The best recycled of the sludge pellet reached 3.5 t each furnace. Higher temperature and higher Si content can help to recycle the sludge pellet. The most suitable conditions of recycling sludge pellet was 1 280℃, Si content 0.5%under normal circumstances.
