摘要
为了研究粘土砖再生粗骨料混凝土梁的弯曲性能及其与普通混凝土梁的差异,设计了2个粘土砖再生粗骨料混凝土梁试件和1个普通钢筋混凝土梁对比试件,3个试件均为简支梁、矩形截面,截面的宽和高分别为150 mm和300 mm,梁的跨度均为3 m,配筋均相同,试验的加载方式也完全相同。再生粗骨料混凝土中粘土砖粗骨料的质量替代率为35%。采用MTS液压伺服系统进行加载,测试了各个试件的受力与变形性能,对钢筋的应变、梁的变形和破坏形态等进行了对比分析。结果表明:在相同条件下,与普通混凝土梁相比,粘土砖再生粗骨料混凝土梁在发生弯曲破坏时,挠度稍大,承载能力和刚度均有一定程度的降低。
To explore the flexural behavior of concrete beams with clay brick recycled coarse aggregates and the difference compared with common reinforced concrete beams,two specimens of concrete beam with clay brick recycled coarse aggregates and a contrast spec- imen of common reinforced concrete beam were designed. The three specimens were all simple supported beams and had rectangular sections, the width and height of the rectangle section were 150 mm and 300 mm respectively, the beams' spans were 3 m, the rein- forcements and the loading methods in the experiment were identical, The replace ratio of mass of clay brick coarse aggregates in recy- cled coarse aggregate concrete was 35% , MTS hydraulic servo system was used to load, mechanical and flexural behaviors of the speci- mens were tested. Comparison and analysis were made on the stress of the reinforced bars, the deformation behaviors of the beams and the failure modes. Results show that under the same conditions, the deflection of concrete beams with clay brick recycled coarse aggre- gates is larger than that of the reinforced concrete beam in the flexural destruction, the bearing capacity and stiffness of clay brick recy- cled coarse aggregates is lower than that of the reinforced concrete beam.
