摘要
将高絮凝率菌剂YBJ-4应用于西宁城市污水和大通河水的处理,以期得到较好的净化效果。本研究采用单因素试验和正交试验对絮凝条件进行优化。结果表明:该株高效絮凝菌剂对大通河水净化处理的最佳体系为絮凝剂加量1.2 mL,pH 7.0,助凝剂1.4 mL,处理时间25 min,最高絮凝率为95.43;对西宁城市污水的最佳絮凝体系为pH 6.8,1%的CaCl_2 1.2 mL,絮凝剂用量0.8 mL,处理时间15 min最高絮凝率为92.18%。经过YBJ-4的净化处理,西宁城市污水和大通河水水质各项指标的去除率均较高,即絮凝菌剂YBJ-4对西宁城市污和大通河水的净化处理效果好。
In order to get good purification effect,high flocculating rate bacterium agent YBJ- 4 was used to deal with the urban sewage of Xining and Datong river.The single factor test and orthogonal test were adopted to optimize flocculent condition in this research.The research showed that the optimum conditions of Datong river was that the flocculant was 1.2 mL(pH 7.0),coagulant was 1.4 mL,and the treatment time was 25 min.The flocculation rate was up to 95.43%.At the same time,the optimum conditions of Xining urban sewage was that the flocculant was 0.8 mL(pH 6.8),coagulant was 1.2 mL,treatment time was 15 min.The flocculation rate was up to 92.18%.After the water was treated by bioflocculant YBJ- 4,the removal rate of every index in Datong river and Xining urban sewage were much higher.The bioflocculant YBJ- 4 had a good effect in Datong river and Xining urban sewage purification treatment.
