摘要
本研究以二裂委陵菜种子为研究对象,研究了浸种温度和种子大小对其萌发特征的影响。结果表明:浸种和浸种温度显著提高二裂委陵菜种子的各项萌发指标。经历过10℃浸种后,其种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最高。在未浸种和10℃浸种处理下,二裂委陵菜种子大小显著影响发芽率,而未能影响其他萌发指标。结论:经历10℃浸种有利于二裂委陵菜种子的萌发,这是二裂委陵菜与原生地环境相适应的一种表现。
Our research studied soaking temperature and seed size on seed germination traits in Potentilla bifurca.The results showed that soaking and soaking temperature both had significant effects on germination of P.bifurca.The best germination percentage,germination energy,germination index and germination rate were found in the soaking pretreatment at 10℃.Seed size had significant correlation in germination percentage under unsoaking treatment and soaking pretreatment at 10℃,and these treatments did not affect other indexes of germination.All above indicated that the soaking pretreatment at 10℃ could benefit the germination traits.It is an adaption to its original habitat of P.bifurca.
