摘要
集群分离分析法是一种检测位于特定染色体区段上的标记方法,常被应用针对植物极端性状进行功能基因挖掘。近年来随着测序技术的提高和测序成本的降低,BSA技术在植物基因定位中的应用越来越广泛,并显示了巨大的应用潜力。本研究就BSA技术特点以及在不同作物上的应用研究,特别是基于测序的BSA方法在基因定位上最新进展情况进行汇总和概述。
Bulked segregant analysis is a kind of method used to test the specific chromosome segment,and constantly applied in mining functional genes related to extreme characters.In recent years,with the improvement of sequencing technology and reduction of sequencing cost,BSA technology has been implied more and more widely in gene mapping and localization,and showed a great potential in application.In this paper,the latest progress of the BSA in gene location,especially the combination of BSA and sequencing technologies,was summarized.
