妇科腹腔镜手术中由于双极电凝使用不当引起手术副损伤,已引起内镜手术医生高度重视,促使各种新型智能双极手术器械研发并应用于临床。但是智能双极使用不当引起泌尿系、肠道、神经、血管等副损伤时有报道。因此,我们有必要对各种智能双极应用可能产生副损伤充分了解,尽可能减少各种手术副损伤的发生。
