Surgical techniques of electric surgical instruments with robot-assisted laparoscopic surgical system and the prevention of side injury

文章旨在讨论机器人辅助腹腔镜手术中能量器械应用技巧及副损伤预防,为临床实践提供帮助。机器人系统中的能量器械包括单极、双极、超声刀及血管闭合器。其工作原理同腹腔镜下的能量器械基本相同,但是有其独特的工作方法和相关参数的设置。只有熟悉解剖,动作轻柔,掌握器械的工作原理及应用技巧,才能顺利地进行手术操作,减少相关副损伤的发生。

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the surgical techniques of electric surgical instruments with robot-assisted laparoscopic surgical system and the prevention of side injury.The electric surgical instruments of da Vinci surgical systems are monopolar cautery instruments,biolar cautery instruments,ultrasonic energy instrument and vessel sealer. The working principle of energy equipment of da Vinci surgical system is same with laparoscopy,but the electric surgical instruments of da Vinci surgical system has specific instructions, including full cautions and warnings.Being familiar with anatomy, gentle movements, mastering the principle of the equipment and the surgical techniques are important to the successful operation,which can reduce the incidence of side injury.
