摘要
劳务工是国内天然气企业员工队伍的有机组成部分。天然气企业劳务工党员数量和比例相对不高,但其重要性不可忽视。加强劳务工党员管理,可以有效激活和增强劳务工队伍活力,提升天然气企业党建工作的整体水平。由于用工形式具有一定的特殊性,劳务工党员管理面临很多现实问题。本文从中国石化天然气分公司劳务工党员管理的实践出发,就加强劳务工党员管理有关问题进行思考和分析,并尝试提出一些对策建议。
Contractors are an integral part of the workforce of gas companies in China. Although contractors who are Party members in such companies account for only a small number and percentage, their important role cannot be overlooked. Strengthening the management of such people can effectively boost the vitality of contractors and elevate the overall quality of Party building work in the companies. Due to the distinctive nature of this type of employment, management of such people is plagued by many practical problems. The paper looks into the practices of SINOPEC Gas Company in managing contractors that are Party members, with an analysis of the problems that were identified during the process and the provision of some countermeasures.
