A Study on the Development of a Travel Platform in SINOPEC

本文通过查阅相关资料,调研下属企业差旅管理现状,与外部企业、差旅管理公司和平台供应商交流,认真分析了差旅行业发展趋势、国内外知名企业和中国石化差旅管理现状,阐述了企业需求和平台建设的必要性,提出了中国石化差旅平台建设的初步构想。

Through reviewing relevant literature, performing a research on the travel management in affiliated companies and exchanging views with external businesses, travel management companies and platform providers, the paper makes a close analysis of the developments of the travel management industry and the travel management practices in well-known enterprises at home and abroad as well as SINOPEC, describes the needs of enterprises and the necessity for setting up a platform, and lays out the initial thoughts on the development of a travel platform in SINOPEC.
